The LSR Roadster Prototype

Genaddi Design Group announces the LSR, a Roadster based on the new Corvette Z06. The LSR is the next offering in a growing line of Roadster Upgrades by Genaddi Design Group and was on display at the 2006 S.E.M.A. Show in Las Vegas.

The idea of the Corvette Z06 as a convertible is not new, but GDG's version of it is. GDG has answered the call of automotive enthusiasts who love the performance of the Corvette Z06 but desire an open top car, an exotic roadster that Chevrolet has confirmed will not be offered by them. Essentially, every body panel of the Corvette Z06 has been reshaped in aluminum, creating a totally fresh and futuristic appearance. The nearly complete aluminum body of the LSR compliments the materials making up the lightweight Z06's chassis, motor and suspension. GDG has also nearly tripled the torsional rigidity over the stock Z06 coupe, something unheard of in the industry.
